Hazy and hot
Boy, is it hot today! I went to Parkmore and looked around for two hours, and that has been about it.
I am so glad to be inside on this day and I must admit that I really could use a drink as it is an oven out there - and thanks to the fires the demo I had at Morwell has been cancelled, much to my disgust. My father has also been as busy as hell, but he had time to watch the Aussies take a 2-nil lead in the Ashes (I hope we get 5-nil ... the only team to date to pull off such a stunt is our 1920-21 team).
See you all later.

Hey Markie.....
I was down at Phillip Island weekend and it didnt seem too hot. Did it seem like 42C here? It only felt about 33C-35C down at the beach. I guess the sea breeze helped keep the heat away. Was Noble Park smokey on Saturday? I know it was at Phillip Island. The Sun was a fantastic shade of reddy/orange.
Talk to you soon :)
